Cassamarca Lecturers

The Cassamarca Foundation funds 12 lectureships and one Associate Professorship in Italian Studies in Australia. After an initial six-year funding cycle, in which the Foundation covered all costs associated with the positions, the lectureships are now moving into the “in perpetuity” phase of funding, in which the Cassamarca Foundation funds 50 per cent of the costs and the universities meet the other 50 per cent.

The Cassamarca Lecturers represent a variety of research and teaching interests within the broad area of Italian Studies.
